Pride In Liverpool 2019

Saturday 27th July 2019 was Pride in Liverpool day, thousands converged on St George's Plateau to be entertained and listen to a rousing speech from Deputy Mayor, Cllr Gary Millar before the march set off through the streets of Liverpool.

As always the march was led by the family of Michael Causer a young man of 18 whose life was taken because he was gay.

An estimated 12,000 plus people took to the city streets to celebrate Pride In Liverpool formerly Liverpool Pride.

At the conclusion of the march thousands made their way to Tithebarn Street were the crowds were entertained by acts on two stages, The Barclaycard Stage and the Showcase Stage.

Once again Pride In Liverpool proved to be an amazing celebration of equality, diversity and inclusion, alongside friends, family and supporters!

As always Good News Liverpool Photographed the march, check out our album…
